Laptop is fine and it met expectations EXCEPT that it has a battery with low life. It was unusable on Christmas morning w/o plugging it in. A great business would make CERTAIN that the battery was at 90% life or greater. TLM |

We got off to a slow start. Wasn't notified of when the item would be shipped, but after I contact the seller twice the order was shipped promptly and we received it soon after that. Item cam in good condition. |

One product did not work, so I ended up returning both. They were very helpful polite about my return, but it took a long time to process--more than a month. That being said, I would probably purchase from them again. You can't put a price on helpfulness. |

came without a cd drive. they replaced that. not very timely. They promised me a extra one year extended warranty. cant get ahold of anyone. they wont return my phone calls or else the line is busy. having problems with the laptop and cant get anyone to answer my questions |

My order was received in 5 days after the purchase when I opened the package and saw the devicwe I wanted to cry it looked as if it had been thrown out of a car it worked but it had dents scratches and chipped pieces on the outsde I thnk this item was very over priced considering the way it looked I will never order an item that has been used by someone else superlaptopdeals's Response: This Item was sold at a discounted price because of the condition clearly noted in the description. It was described as being used in excellent working condition with dings and scratches. The customer never contacted us saying that they were not happy with the purchase. |

The laptop is in good shape and in working order, but the battery pack was completely dead. When i got back with the seller about the battery pack, they explained the battery is the only non warranty item. I had to purchase a battery pack for about 40.00 which made this laptop in the price range of those which were refurbished with "working batteries". No regrets on the purchase though. |
